Muscular endurance, muscular hypertrophy and muscular strength are the three tiers to our program which optimizes peak performance and advanced success for athletes transitioning to the next level.
Middle school fitness
Provides basic fitness understanding and context around exercising in a safe environment. Our professional trainers create age and developmentally appropriate training circuits that introduce middle school athletes to weight training and mobility workouts. Rising 6th to 8th graders now have a structured facility to participate in moderate aerobic activity.
