2020 ULTIMATE FIELD HOCKEY CAMP
The ULTIMATE Field Hockey Camp is not for everyone. It will be the most intense training program that every participant will have ever experienced. Each participant will be tested, evaluated, and challenged to their limitations - both mentally, physically combined with detailed field hockey skills and abilities.
The daily curriculum will focus on the safest, most intense, strength and conditioning program integrated with the most intense field hockey skills.
Sessions are 1.5 hrs Monday through Friday and will be held at a variety of locations including, Vault Athletics & Fitness, Mount Trashmore Park, the Regional Training Center, and the Ocean Front.
This program is limited to 8 participants only.
When you are at the Vault, the facility will be closed to public during the training sessions and all 13,000 sq ft will be dedicated to the participants for social distancing and privacy.
To test, teach, train and challenge participants to their limitations in combined mental, physical, and field hockey skills.
ULTIMATE PROGRAM INCLUDES:
A full movement analysis in both functional abilities of strength training and field hockey
Individual custom nutritional profile and post training nutritional recovery shake
Evening zoom group discussions with motivational speakers - former olympians, collegiate coaches, sports psychologists
Test: Strength, Endurance, Speed, Reaction, Field Hockey Skills, Mental Fortitude
Teach: Proper form, safety, progression, technique, skill, recovery, and nutrition as they re-late to performance training and field hockey.
Train: Strength, Explosive Power, Endurance, Stick and Ball Skills, Field Strategy, Mental Techniques
