We are very excited to offer 2 Sport Recovery Yoga classes in our 13,000 sq ft facility! The class is for athletes of all ages and sports. Practicing yoga for muscular recovery helps your body bounce back from intense sports training. Adding yoga for muscular recovery to your training routine also does wonders for injury prevention.
Coaches and participates will be 10-15 ft apart to adhere to social distancing protocols and we will be following strict cleaning and disinfecting procedures to keep all those who attend safe. Everyone must wear a mask in and out of the facility and wash hands upon entering the facility. Masks are optional for participants once you enter the turf, but coaches will be be wearing a mask during the session. Spots are limited so register early to reserve your spot!
