Beginners Sport Recovery Yoga at Vault Athletics & Fitness

We are very excited to offer our first Beginners Sport Recovery Yoga class in our 13,000 sq ft facility! The class is for athletes of all ages and sports and IT'S FREE!!! Practicing yoga for muscular recovery helps your body bounce back from intense sports training. Adding yoga for muscular recovery to your training routine also does wonders for injury prevention. Spots are limited so register early to reserve your spot!
