Pure Strength Program

Vault Athletics & Fitness Pure Strength program is specifically designed to improve balance, flexibility, mobility, and strength utilizing strength training and plyometric movements with an emphasis on proper technique. Improvements in strength will enhance athletic performance and reduce the occurrence of injury.

Class will meet Monday - Thursday from 4:00 - 5:00 pm. This class is for high school athletes only.

* Dual memberships available with Beyond the Net Field Hockey Program
