Multi-Dimensional Vault Performance



The Multi-dimensional Vault Performance (MVP) Training is the Vault's newest addition to make any athlete the MVP of their team. This training program is flexible allowing the athlete to train around their already busy schedules. The Multi-dimensional aspect means the athlete will train in strength, conditioning, speed, agility, quickness, and overall athleticism. This is the perfect program for those who cannot commit the time for the Speed Foundations and Speed Development programs.



Starting October 2

Ages <13 : Wednesday's 6:00 - 7:00 pm

Ages 13+ : Wednesday's 7:00 - 8:00 pm
