Middle School Strength Development


Vault Athletics & Fitness will be hosting a Strength Development program for all middle school athletes 3x a week. Athletes will work on building fundamental movement patterns to create a strong foundation to make you the best athlete possible. Sessions will include agility, speed, strength, conditioning, and much more! ​ Monday's & Wednesday's - 6:30 - 7:30 pm Saturday's - 10:00 - 11:00 am
