Middle School Strength Development

Vault Athletics & Fitness will be hosting a 5-week Strength Development program for all middle school athletes. During the 10 sessions, athletes will work on building fundamental movement patterns to create a strong foundation to make you the best athlete possible. Sessions will include agility, speed, strength, conditioning, and much more!

Sessions will begin on March 17th, 2021

Wednesday's - 6:30 - 7:30 pm

Saturday's - 10:00 - 11:00 am
