
Death by Sled
"Death by Sled" is a challenging, action packed class that is for all fitness levels. This class is a unique compliment to your weekly training regimen. Death by Sled will increase your endurance, strength, power, and mental toughness.
The instructor will take you through a series of pushing and pulling of prowler and other sled types covering our 50 yard turf course. Other activities such as running, concept 2 rowing, assault bikes, Versa Climbers, and calisthenic exercises are uniquely blended to add diversity to the training. Death by Sled is the most challenging workout in Virginia Beach.
