Looking to improve strength & power?
Pure Strength Female is designed to enhance athletic performance by improving strength and power with a focus on female athlete needs. The program will incorporate the three major strength movements - squat, deadlift, and the press - as well as other strength-specific movements.
Current Beyond the Net athletes - $25 per month
Non - Beyond the Net athletes - $100 per month
Drop-ins are also welcomed!
