Camp, clinics, and classes
Vault Athletics and Fitness offers a variety of camps, clinics and training opportunities throughout the year. Camps/clinics are composed of athletes ranging from elementary school to collegiate players, instructed by our highly qualified coaches. Vault Athletics and Fitness partners with Virginia Beach Sportsplex, VB Field Hockey and Legacy Lacrosse to offer athletes the most fundamental and functional clinics in the area.

Power Hour ⚡ 🕙
This is a great way to change up your weekly training. Each session includes a total body circuit workout with multiple stations usually lasting in 3-4 minute intervals. Every station will consist of various strength and cardiovascular exercises that you will attempt complete until it is time to rotate to the next.
