SPEED & ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
Our personalized scientific backed training programs are prescribed and detailed according to athlete movement evaluations, performance goals, and response to training to maximize athletic performance. Regardless of your sport, a priority to becoming a high level athlete will always be injury prevention which is why we pride ourselves on providing the best injury prevention protocols in the in the area.
Our Speed Program Performance Coaches are professionals who have extensive performance coaching experience, 4-year degrees in either Sports and Exercise Science, Health and Exercise Science, or Kinesiology, hold the prestigious Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, or a combination.
Our goal is to optimize athlete performance by maximizing their physical skills and potential!
The Pure Strength Athena class is extremely impressive. Vault Athletics and Performance coaches teach why lifting techniques are relevant to the sport in which each athlete participates, for instance how a proper squat technique will help a field hockey player's stance.
After Jeremy’s initial (neurokinetic) evaluation, he quickly identified improvements for hip flexibility and stability for you son. After six movement correction and strength training visits, my son had a noticeable improvement in his pitching success against some of the area’s top players.
I searched for months for the best place to bring my soccer team to for training. Excellent, professional and highly educated staff. This is my second year working with Vault. Vault Athletics & Fitness Speed Program is built on the principle of developing fundamentals and shaping them into improved speed, agility, balance, and athleticism. The program begins with Speed Foundations focusing on increased strength, conditioning, speed techniques, and power. This six week program will build the required foundations needed for speed. Class size is limited 8 participants to ensure all athletes receive excellent coaching. All athletes must start at the beginning of the program since each sessions builds on previous training.
Focus: Strength, Conditioning, Technique, and Power
Week 1-4: Running Technique, strength, conditioning
Week 5-6: Running technique, transitioning from strength to power by using plyometrics
For athletes of all sports ages 14+
Maximum 8 participants

Vault Athletics & Fitness Speed Program is built on the principle of developing fundamentals and shaping them into improved speed, agility, balance, and athleticism. The second stage of the program is Speed Development focusing on building strength, power, and technique from Foundations to improve speed and agility.
Focus: Acceleration, maximal velocity, deceleration, change of direction, speed endurance
Week 1-2: Running Technique, Acceleration, power
Week 3-4: Acceleration (in all directions), Reaction time, maximal velocity
Week 5-6: Acceleration and deceleration, change of direction, coordination

SPEED FOR COMPETITION
Vault Athletics & Fitness Speed Program is built on the principle of developing fundamentals and shaping them into improved speed, agility, balance, and athleticism. The third stage of the program is Speed for Competition. This phase focuses on enhancing the gains from Foundations and Development along with ensuring those gains are repeatable during game/competition time by focusing on Speed Endurance.
Week 1-6: Follow the same format as Speed Development with these modifications:
Day 1 per week with still focus on efforts near maximal effort with short work periods and longer rest periods.
Day 2 per will with shift focus to the ability to repeat efforts by increasing the work phase and decreasing the recovery phase to simulate game time conditions.

Vault Athletics & Fitness Vault Speed program is designed to improve athletes linear and lateral speed, quickness, agility, and sport specific position work. Our program will take you through a series of plyometric and strength training techniques to make athletes faster and stronger. The Vault Speed program is customized for athletes of all sports.

Vault's Athlete Foundations program develops young athletes from the ground up. Our coaches give an effective approach to the basic athletic movements that most athletes have not been exposed to during their season. This helps them have a strong foundation of athletic prowess to build on as new levels of aptitude are required each season. To make the athlete a standout on their team, we combine the principles of an effective athlete with character development. This strengthens the confidence required for an athlete to conquer fears and be an agent of change amongst their peers. This course provides an environment of change as they turn from young boys and girls to agents of influence in their families and community.

Vault Athletics & Fitness offers sports specific 1-on-1 lessons for players looking to improve agility, speed, or strength as well as sport specific field hockey and lacrosse lessons. Our certified coaches will create a personalized program after an evaluation that is guaranteed to help you reach your goals! You can purchase individual or small group lessons with any of our high quality coaches.

Our coaches will teach your athletes how to train properly, motivate them to train hard, and put together a team training plan that ensures they train smart and succeed.

Vault Athletics and fitness offers Team Performance Training. The Performance coaching team will evaluate and develop a specific training program tailored for your team to improve both individual and overall team performance. Mastering balance utilizing jump training, plyometric movements, and strength training, while improve first step quickness and top end speed. The Team Training schedule is based around normal practice and is a GREAT way to improve team cohesiveness and build lasting bonds while improving athletic performance.
