Beyond the Net Training is part of Vault Athletics and Fitness programming. Beyond the Net Training Performance Program is designed to develop field hockey and lacrosse skills at all levels - novice, club, middle school, high school, and collegiate. Whether you're new to the sport or have aspirations to play in college, Beyond the Net Training will challenge you in ways to take your game and skill to the next level. Our programs focus on prevention of injuries and the development of physical intelligence for the female athlete. With our programs you will increase breakaway speed, dynamic agility, and achieve battle winning strength.

Core instability is a key factor for ACL injuries, our Speed Program introduce strengthening and stabilizing exercises to help to develop mobility, range of motion, & stability as well as core strength and power to help you become faster and stronger on the field.
Vault Athletics & Fitness offers sports specific private lessons for field hockey and lacrosse players as well as sports specific private lessons for players looking to improve agility, speed, or strength. Our certified coaches will create a personalized program after an evaluation that is guaranteed to help you reach your goals! You can purchase individual or small group lessons with any of our high quality coaches.

Our goal with every team is to help each individual athlete get better and improve everyday. We want to be apart in player development, we will work hand in hand with coaches so that the team will succeed. Our coaches will teach your athletes how to train properly, motivate them to train hard, and put together a team training plan that ensures they train smart and succeed.

Vault Athletics and fitness offers Team Performance Training. The Performance coaching team will evaluate and develop a specific training program tailored for your team to improve both individual and overall team performance. Mastering balance utilizing jump training, plyometric movements, and strength training, while improve first step quickness and top end speed. The Team Training schedule is based around normal practice and is a GREAT way to improve team cohesiveness and build lasting bonds while improving athletic performance.
