Skip the line and get a quick sweat on with Vault Fit's Fast Pass Fitness Class! We know your time is precious so why not use ONLY 30 MINUTES of it with exercise? That is all you need to feel GREAT! In the blink of an eye, you already have your daily dose of fitness. Classes will meet:
Tuesday & Thursday - 6:00 - 6:30 pm
Strendurance is a strength & conditioning program designed around the rigors of endurance sports. The program is perfect for cyclists, runners, and triathletes. This class is available with our open gym membership with white board workouts and additional “pop up” classes will be offered. This class will proprietary integrate and blend non-impact cross-training equipment utilizing C2 Rowers, Ski Ergs, AirDyne Bikes, VersaClimbers, Jacobs Ladders, and Sled's on a 50 yd turf combined with variable distance cycling intervals. Some days will include bring your own bike (BYOB) and trainer to include sport specific intervals. Strendurance is a whiteboard style workout from Monday - Thursday anytime between 5am - 8pm and Friday between 5am - 12pm
Vault Athletics & Fitness is proud to offer our PipeHitter program. The PipeHitter program is for self-motivated fitness enthusiasts, competitors, and individuals willing put in the time and sweat equity to get real results! PipeHitter is a whiteboard workout and for all ages and fitness levels. You can come in anytime. There is no instructor. There is no one yelling "one more rep”, cheering, or a “shirts off” group picture at the end. Don't like the music being played, wear headphones. PipeHitter workouts require mental toughness, tenacity, and perseverance. The reward at the end is the satisfaction of personal accomplishment and success. If you compete in triathlons, running, obstacle races, CrossFit, or just looking for something challenging and different, the PipeHitter program is for you! PipeHitter is monitored and a coach is available to answer all your questions and assist you on your journey to success.
Pre-requisites for PipeHitter
You must know your way around the gym and have knowledge in the use of:
Barbell Lifting (Traditional and Oly)
All Forms of Calisthenics
Use of VersaClimbers, Concept 2 Rowers, Concept 2 Ski Ergs,True Form Runners, Woodway Force Treadmills, Jacobs Ladders, Assault Bikes
Don't meet all the pre-requisites.

The training that I have done at The Vault has pushed me to my own personal limits. It can be tailored to your own goals and based on your level of experience and fitness. I always enjoy my workout! By far the best training I've EVER done. I have nothing left when I leave.
I really enjoy going to The Vault. I've been training in the group personal training and have really noticed a difference in my speed, strength, and endurance. The workouts are always different, challenging and fun. You are really missing out if you don't try one of the Vaults' workouts!
I've traditionally followed strength training/power lifting programming at others gyms, but I've been doing the Pipehitter workout at The Vault to increase my endurance while maintaining my strength, and it's been awesome. The workouts are tough and out of my comfort zone, but I've needed that kick in the ass to take my fitness to the next level.
